I am using Dialogic DM/IP040-LSI-US board for VoIP project. After I installed hardware and sofware, the error message "error to start dialogic service" always returned when I try to start services from DCM. The board displayed as "DM3-->FAV 0" in DCM window with read light. Also, I dowloaded fav_us_CID.fcd and FAV_us_CID.pcd as the firmware. "Download failed for FAV 0" displayed in system log after the error returned. Anybody knows this problem?
