Just switched to a VOIP system with PRIs, from an old PABX fed by POTS lines.
A Qworst-to-Qworst call shows the new and correct long format CLID data we ordered from Qworst, our PRI provider. Let's just call that 503-NNX-XXXX Institute
However, a Qworst-to-Vonage call shows old and incorrect long format CLID data, despite having asked Qworst to propagate the change on 3-29, five weeks ago., something like 503-NNX-XXXX Institute For the Very, Very Nervous
Vonage advises XO is their provider, but XO tells me to go back to Vonage and report the problem there. Not really Vonage's problem.. and since this no doubt occurs with other CLECs, I have to ask, may I report these CLID long format database errors more effectively?
