I'm trying to determine which of the three different types of SMDR record formats in the Panasonic DBS 576HD actually provides the Caller ID name. I believe all of them show the caller ID number on incoming calls, but Panasonic's documentation is very vague about where the caller ID name shows up.
I can post the record formats (Panasonic creatively calls them Format #1, #2, and #3) if someone needs their memory jogged. Any Panasonic SMDR gurus out there? TIA
