if you are having problems connecting to internet explorer the latest microsoft update patch is screwing with Zone Alarm Firewall turn of Zone alarm so you can access net and get update from Zone alarm to correct problem.

or turn firewall internet zone security to medium. and d/l patch. of course if you can't access the internet you can;t read these help messages either. ;)
If its just an Exploder related problem somebody might be able to read it using a non-Microsquish reader.
