You already did. And you won. What you should do is drive the Brinks truck over to Jim's garage and stock up on spare parts. You're going to need 'em. :-)

I know that they are pulling out of certain markets (Oklahoma City is one that I know of for sure), but I haven't heard that they are exiting the security business all together.
