I need to replace a couple and can't seem to decide due to all the choices available. One in for my carport covered rear driveway, 26' W x 40'L, and the other is for the front entry sidewalk. I guess I just need to know which brands you guys feel are reliable and cost effective due to the wide variety of units. I can't see a difference between a 120.00 unit and one costing 30.00. .... Both detectors are made to be mounted outdoors, cheaper models are not for outdoor use....... Regards, Russ
