We have NES 5000 and the alarm goes off whilst it is not armed. Is there anyway my husband can remove the panels to check the wiring? Does anyone have a maintenance manual (not user manual)?
thank SCAL

Haven't worked on those for a few years now but I would bet on the problem being a tamper. If you speak to your local distributor
