would appreciate a clue :)

can someone point me to the physical location of the factory keyless entry system control module on my 2006 Econoline Van (lowtop conversion package)

It's located somewhere between the front bumper and the rear. ;-)

Kidding! You should try the automotive stereo groups (rec.audio.car). I'm pretty sure someone there will narrow down the location for you. Good luck!
