Napco GEM-RP1CAe2 compatibility number

I lost the compatibility number, is there any way to undo it back? Thanks

If you lose the compat number from the panel you can get in using the PCI-MINI and Napco's software to read the number. If you forgot what the compat # is on the keypad and they're not the same as the panel, you will need to replace the GEM-RP1CAe2.

Sometimes you can recover a compatibility number by using "8888" when it asks for the number. Then you can change it back to "0000" or whatever else you may want. This does not always work, but I have had good luck with it. Allan
