Lost Ademco Vista 10SE installer code

I lost the installer code on my Ademco Vista 10SE system.

How do I get a new installer code?

Then following sequential process DID NOT recover the installer code;

Power down the system (including battery) Power back up

20 DOES NOT appear Hit *20 DOES NOTHING System installer code does not appear
*99 does nothing

Do all of the above, except that within 30 seconds of power up, hold down * and # at the SAME TIME.

When you're done, use *99 to exit.
