Hi everyone.
First post on here so hopefully I will get it right. I have worked with Kantech, and other access systems for quite a few years, but I have a problem I seem unable to solve. A previous company has changed the installer login for a Kantech system as well as the admin log in. Can I, without emailing the database to Echt, reset these log ins? I assume if I can view this in the database, maybe with an SQL editor, I can do it. It must be simple to do as it will only take Tyco half an he to do it!
