Crime Guard Micro 16E Memory Problem

I have a Crimeguard Micro 16E panel that has started losing all of its programmed data. It is losing the user codes as well as the device codes. Logic tells me there should be a lithium battery or equivalent to maintain the memory, but I can't find one on the board. The unit has a good battery and all operating voltages seem to be normal.

Crimeguard was sold to Apex and then to Ademco. Ademco technical doesn't know anything about the panel. If anyone has a phone number for Jim Fyler, who was their technical engineer, maybe I could contact him directly. There is a possibility that one of the hard wired keypads is defective as the home owner mentioned that the LED showed only a dot at one time. I have not yet replaced it. Could be shorting and killing the memory power.

Any suggestions appreciated. It was installed in about 1988 or 1989. Allan
