We have a Nortel Option 11c mini and I want to make a user the supervisor of his ACD group. Can someone please help?

To make this person a supervisor you will need to go into LD 11 and first set CLS SPV. With that done the phone is now a "supervisor" phone. After that you would be able to add other supervisory keys like Observe and Ring Agent. If you ever wanted to bust a phone down from supervisor to agent, remove any supervisory keys and lastly change CLS AGT.
