We can successfully send messages between our CallPilot 4.0 and BCM 3.7 systems but we have run into a problem. The voice messages don't play back properly... they only play as static, but only when the BCM is receiving a message from CallPilot. BCM >> CallPilot works fine, as done BCM >> BCM and CallPilot >> CallPilot.
Does anyone know if there is an incompatibility between CallPIlot 4.0 and BCM 3.7?
