SCCS' agent count

Feb 25, 2005 4 Replies

If I have a SCCS licensed for 100 agents, and I have 173 agents configured, is there a simple way to find out how many of those agents are logged on at any one time in real time? Or maybe a peg count of some kind? I want to know if I'm getting close to my 100 logged on agent limit before I hit it.

configured,

Depending on how many applications and partitions you've configured, it might be possible to create a skillset that every agent is a member of but that recieves no calls. You could then use the Real Time Skillset display to get a count of how many staffed agents it has.

Interesting idea. I hadn't thought of that. Thanks.

Or just open one of the real time display, example, default agent...display and count how many are logged in at that moment.

There really should be an easier way. I don't want to find out when my

101st agent tries to log in, and gets rejected.
