Is there any product like "Agent Greeting" or "First Impression"?

yes there is a product for meridian 1 and succession family called agent greeting. this is part of the symposium call center software and plays the name of the agent to the caller before tranfering the call to the active agent. with this there is lots of time saved from the repeated name. so if you call a call center and the agent greeting is there then a voice will tell you agent james bond for example how can i help you ? imagine how many times the agent has to say this every day if he has not the agent greeting add on to symposium
