Route external calls

Hi,



When a outside caller calls our system and dials 310, the caller gets the person's voicemail. His voicemail number is 310 and his extension is 232. I managed to change the DN so that internally if someone dials 310, it goes to 232. I'd like to do the same for external calls.



Any ideas how?
