I have a number of switches with channelized T1's and a user can call forward to a speed call number internal and external. So a trunk call can be forwarded to an outside number.
With the PRI, I can't seem to figure out how to allow an inbound call to forward to an external number. Internal calls forward fine - callers to the extension with forwarding to an external number hear a busy.
What am I missing?
