i have one baystack 450 dead this week so i must replace it; and i can't find the firmware b4504201.img & b4504202.img anywhere...
if someone can tell me this

You can use 42022 or 42016 instead of them and get these versions on Nortel website.
Only if you are paying maintenence on the switch can you get the updated F/W or S/W for the switch. If you are replacing the switch the new one comes with.
