Hello all,
I am new to managing telephone equipment and have really been getting stumped with some of the vocabulary in the documentation. I have a couple of questions regarding capabilities of this device.
1) Can I have a mailbox for an employee that doesn't have a phone in the office?
1a) Can this mailbox have logic that forwards to the employees personal phone during certain hours?
1b) What is the terminology for this type of setup, and where is the documentation?
2) (Im really embarased about asking this one) How do I configure a new phone on the network.
This is all from system version 30NgG00. I guess this is the flash version?
