Last Friday, the message lights on all of our phones stopped working. Otherwise, Callpilot and the phone switch is working perfectly. If there is a message, the light never pops up. I can dial in and receive the message just fine.
We're running an Option 81c switch with CallPilot release 02.01.27. Most of the phones are Meridian 2616. We have a few other miscelleanous models across campus and they're not working either.
We're stumped. Anyone have any suggestions on where to start or what to try? So far, we've restarted everything but that didn't help.
