CallPilot Message Forwarding Rule

Rule enabled: No Rule disabled reason: System administrator turns off the rule

Problem is, I've been through every window I can find and I can't see a spot where I can enable this feature. It's early on a Monday, maybe I'm missing something obvious.

Thanks in advance, Mike

Message Forwarding Rule is enabled in CallPilot Manager in Mailbox Class of Service. Once the COS is enabled with Message Forwarding Rule, the user must be in this COS. The user then can enable in MyCallPilot.

I have the user in the COS with Message Forwarding Rule enabled. Can they enable this only in MyCallPilot?

Yes. The Administrator cannot enable it, only give the user privileges. The user must enable in MyCallPilot.
