how can i have an analog ext call a digital ext and then that ext open a gate

I can't imagine someone refusing to open a gate.

Forward the digital extension to another analog extension.

Then on the analog extension have a paging adapter. Several of the paging adapters support contact closure to actually open a gate.

(You don't really need the digital extension in this example.)
