I accidentally went thru the manual setup of my new Nortel IP 2004 phone and now I need to go back and change the IP address... How do I set the phone back to default factory settings, or get into the setup stages on the phone itself?

A Google Groups seach produced the following:
press mute, up, down, up, down, up, mute, 9 rls and you will get into configuration mode or unplug power and go accross softkeys left to right after you see nortel.

The mute up down thing will get you into the phone's test mode where you can see if the buttons are working, and the rls key causes the phone to reboot. Once the phone reboots wait until it says "Nortel Networks" on the display, then press the softkeys under the display in turn from left to right (I usually place my finger on the left hand key then drag it over to the right, pressing each key on the way)
