Caller ID with Norstar plus Compact ICS

I'm running Norstar units off the Nortel Meridian Compact ICS. I have subscribed for caller ID with my phone company. When the phone rings, I get no Caller ID. When I push feature 811 it shows me Line 1. Any ideals?

For CLI to work you must have a CLID 4 port analogue card and Releas

4 software to support it properly ie. alpha tagging
