Call Pilot in Lotus Notes Freezes

I am running Call Pilot Unified Messaging in Lotus Notes and I have the consistent problem that the client freezes when playing a message. It generally gets about 10 seconds into the message and freezes but the message continues to play. After some time (sometimes 5 min.) it unfreezes then works fine for that session. Any ideas?
