Hi gang, just wondering if anyone is using the faxing component of Call Pilot unified messaging? If so, I would love to spend a few moments speaking with you. We are considering purchasing but we are somewhat skeptical at this time.
We are currently running Call Pilot Build 4.04.12.

What is this CP hooked up to ... A PBX like an OPT 11 or a key system like a MICS or CICS. or is this on a BCM?

I have a CP 2.02 and I use faxing in and out with Desktop Messaging. My switch is an Opt. 61 v.3.0. What are you skeptical about?
