We get occasional ring no answers on Call Pilot 4.0 from internal users calling voice mail. Anyone else experienced this and found resolution?

All ports could be busy
When CP has all ports busy, does it return a busy signal, or ring open ?

I think it rings open and internal users will get ports busy message on their display.
