Automatically connecting to number on out-dial?

Hi, Say I have a long distance carrier that requires me to dial either a local access number or a 10-10 number or something like that. Is there some way I can program the nortel to automagically dial that number when someone makes an outbound call?

Ok. If you know how.. refresh my memory on how to get into the routing services of the Norstar...

I've never tried this, but this sounds like something made to order for the routing services section.

Actually, I've figured out how to do it.. in Routing I can set an outdial number... however the first digit seems to get stripped off?!?!

So If I dial:

93232166

All that goes through to the number is 232166

Any thoughts on where that 3 is going and how to fix this?
