I have a CICS with Call Pilot 100. When we transfer a caller to an extension and the extension is not answered, the call does not forward to the voicemail box for that extension. I'm not sure what setting is missing to have the call go to voicemail when not answered from an internal transfer.
I did associate all of the voicemail boxes with the correct extension number. The voicemail system has a CCR tree which is working properly. When you transfer the caller to directly to voicemail, that works fine. The only issue I'm having is with the internal transfer to an extension and having the call when not answered go to voicemail.
Any help would be appreciated.
