I need to configure a port to get some ACD group statistics and I=B4d like to know if I may use a serial port from an expansion cabinet. The machine that I=B4m working with is a Communication Server 1000E.
How can I implement this configuration in LD 17? What CTYP and rest of parameters should I configure to identify the port?
