Quick question we are running Succession 4.5 and were wondering is there a way to get automatic caller I.D. on a second call to a busy set with out using a display key? T.I.A. John 807

Add CLS TDD to the station TN and you'll have it. Deploy it sparingly
- making sure it does not have any affect on ringing or name display where you have a lot (15 +) appearances of the same DN on as many phones.
that problem is not likely on systems less than 5 years old - and may not even affect some older...but just be on the lookout
