Hi Ron Not sure if Barix are in the states but i use the Exstreamer control it i use xPLMedianet ,which can be used to control the Slimp3,Rio,Exstreamer ,and currently a plgin being developed for the Hauppage mvp player..... Frank

I'm looking for an audio only media player for the living room stereo. There are some choices out there (Squeezebox2, Roku Sounddesign, etc) that vary in prices from $100 to $500.



Any recommendations? Wireless is a nice option, but it would have to be G mode with WPA-PSK. Nothing too fancy, just straight L/R audio outputs and a halfway decent display to find albums/artists/etc
