Where can I look for an IR phone and IR light switches. I already have an IR controller on my wheelchair and I would like to control my phone and lights....

You will have to do this with a couple different products. Some type of IR reciever Ocelot and some powermids. Software will have to be setup on IR receive turn light switch on.
Buy better quaility light switches to begin with UPB, Zwave, Lightolier
IR to control Phone?
Could be done with Homeseer and a script.. Not sure about other possibilities.
