I have a Channel Plus MDS-6 with all zones in use. Unfortunately, my MDS-6 does not work very well anymore, two of the zones are no longer working (darn lightening).
I have a couple of questions. If I buy a MDS-6A will my MDS-6 Keypads work or will I need to buy all new keypads too? Question 2: Will I be able to link my MDS-6 and MDS-6A together so I will have access to the more zones? 6+ the 4 that work on the MDS-6....
If I can not use the old keypads, then I guess I will have to check what else is out there around the $1,000 price point.
