I am using the free Internet Security Suite Provide by Cox High Speed with the Zone Alarm Firewall. When I installed the the firewall the anti-virus button in the Internet Security Suite contol panel became dimmed. I can no longer run the anti-virus program. Does any one know how to fix this problem so I can get my anti-virus to run again?

Just forget Zone Alarm. And please think about the fact, that Virus Scanners cannot prevent from every virus by concept, while they can be useful to help to keep clean from many common viruses, and only be in danger from new ones, while keeping the Virus Scanner up to date.
