Zone Alarm Standard v. eTrust EZ Armour????

I just installed the free eTrust EZ Armour software suite that is free for Road Runner customers. The EZ firewall has the exact GUI the Zone Alarm Standard firewall. I mean EXACT. Does Zonelabs license it out to Computer Associates?
