I use windows XP and IE 6. I have a high speed cable connection, through a home network router. I have noticed sometimes when I want to use IE and check the websites, I get disconnected. The moment I shut down Zone Alarm, the connection is established. Then when I start Zone Alarm again, the connection continues for sometime and I can check web sites and again, I will have the same problem and have to shut down ZA again. What can I do?

Check the ZA logs and manual to figure out what it is doing and why it is blocking the traffic. Try asking ZA support if you don't find and tell them how to improve there manual/help files/online-support pages. Otherwise just deinstall ZA if it so hard to understand and makes problems like you have. I suppose your "network router" is a NAT router, so you are protected anyway...
