Had everything installed working very well. Had to have a new hard drive and had to re-install.
Everything works well except I cannot access the Firewall. I try to switch it on and the links are dead (n/a).
I have completely uninstalled any remnants of the original installation. I have chased all the left overs out of the registry too.
I have no other virus or firewall programs in. I have checked and double checked except XP Pro's Firewall. I have been to PCCTOOLs.exe and gone through the installations motions there. No joy still dead.
Any ideas.
Trend Micro gave me a few pointers but none have worked.
