Sygate Firewall running on computer connected to Internet going into built in network card and running Winroute lite to share Internet connection through wireless network cards.
When I select Block All traffic this computer is not able to access Internet or local network but other computers can access Internet.
How can other computers access Internet when Block All is selected?
Then it's obvious that the personal FW solution is not gateway FW solution. If it were a gateway FW solution, then I would think there would be two NIC's in the gateway computer one connected to the modem an Internet/WAN facing NIC and the other NIC would be the LAN facing NIC with the host based gateway FW solution being able to filter packets between the WAN and LAN.
