I've set/told Norton firewall to block net access for Windows media player, but I've found windows media player can still access the net. I'm assuming it's using functions reserved for IE to do so.
Is there a different firewall I can try that will actually block WMP's net access?
Is sysgate any good?

Or, it could simply be because NIS is crap -- which it is.
