click on support, click on personal, pick Norton Personal Firewall, pick other version, pick knowledge base for FW2002. Type in Uninstall in the search.

Hello, hopefully someone can help me... The uninstall freezes. I have tried to install a new copy over the existing program but this doesn't work. I would like to remove the whole personal firewall. What can I do...???

Go to symantec.com and search for rnis.exe E.
