I'm having a problem with a Fortinet firewall, some times, when an email arrives, the message is delivered without ptoblem to the final user but for some reason the same email appears again but the reported sender is the firewall and it delivers the email again. Have you ever experienced this kind of problems before?
No, never. What firmware and build? What are the policies involved? Any IPS, SPAM, or AV events occur when the problem occurs?

The forigate is of my provider, I don't access to the console so I can not know the firmware and policies.
I=B4m also noticing that some emails , not all, came withe the firewall as the originator IP and the real ip, this is making my AS and AV faile.
