Configure DNS settings thorugh a firewall

Hi,

I want to know if its possible to configure a firewall to route my request to a server without configuring with a DNS server.

Sure - just use IP addresses rather than hostnames. Before DNS existed we were using host files - but today this is only used on local configurations. What are you trying to do?
