Hello all, I am having an issue where I can connect to the Sonicwall, but I cannot ping all machines, just a few. This does not happen to everyone, just a select few from their home. Those same users can access the servers fine from other locations. They were at one time able to access from home, and no changes have been made to the firewall. Thoughts?

hum; do I read you correctly? a user on the Internet needs to ping a machine which has a router/firewall between it an the user pinging?
Is this a VNC connection attempt?
