Can someone recommend an LC to SC simplex adapter with a 90 degree rotation on the LC adapter? I found something close from L-Com:

The problem with that adapter is it has a specialized double collar around the base, and I need a single collar, located where the collar nearest the SC connector is on the above product page.I would appreciate leads to other products if they are easily customized or purchased off the shelf.
