Ethernet switch on a PCI card

Does anyone know of an ethernet switch on a PCI card?

Years ago, I had a 10BaseT card which was a 5-port hub on an ISA card (one port being a NIC on the ISA bus and the other 4 ports on the back of the card for external connections). It was very useful, but I've not seen anything like it since.

There's the NC150T PCI 4-port Gigabit Combo Switch Adapter from HP:

Ah, that's exactly what I'm looking for. Unfortunately, I can't find any UK suppliers, so it looks like I'll have to import some.

From reading around, it would appear to look like a Realtek 8139 to the host system.
