I have one that is restarting every minute. Checked the power suppy and that seems safe. Was a bit dusty in the inside and have cleaned it , but still no improvement.
Would appreciate your advice on how to correct this issue.

You probably have already done this, but just in case you did not, check that the fans are running.
I had one that would not start correctly until I unplugged the plug in card (a 100mb fiber card that I didn't need anyway) from the back. Then it ran fine. gr
