Will an Aironet 350 bridge [NOT workgroup bridge!] in non-root mode associate with a 350 AP [dedicated AP, not a bridge in AP mode] such as the AP352E2C?

The only role in which the BR350 will associate to the AP350 is that of a repeater. Since the LAN port is disabled in repeater mode, I suspect that this is not what you're seeking.
