Trying to upgrade the IOS on a uBR 7100 but can not find any useful information online for the steps on how to do this? I have the file and have upgraded routers before, so am familiar with the process...but would like some step by step instructions for the uBR's.

Thanks

Thanks for your reply, no matter what I do I can not get the prompt to change to the normal prompt such as

Router>

instead it always says

Any ideas?

on how to get an image into flash and then boot up that image

You chose the boot image --> ubr7100-boot-mz.123-21a.BC4.bin You should have chosen either the DOCSIS 2-WAY BPI IP+ LAWFUL INTERCEPT DOCSIS 2-WAY BPI LAWFUL INTERCEPT

These are the only two IOS's available for the ubr7100 running

12.3.21a-BC4.
